Secluded Arizona Facility
Girls Come from Every State
Since 1976, the Springboard Home of Teen Challenge has provided help for thousands of girls and their distraught families. Through counseling, curriculum and the love of a compassionate and dedicated Christian staff, we help girls get on the other side of behavioral issues, drug/alcohol use, self-destructive pursuits and life-controlling habits. From around the nation, girls arrive at our Teen Challenge facility with a variety of issues and we quickly get to work on solving those issues through an intense schedule of counseling, curriculum and direct care.
Students who enter our Teen Challenge program exhibit issues and behaviors such as:
Some students who come to our program have been previously diagnosed with behavioral or psychological disorders such as:
If your daughter is getting into trouble or has lost a positive outlook on the future and you fear she is headed for a disaster, please call us at Teen Challenge to see if Springboard would be a good option for your family. Our 3-5 month program is highly effective and much quicker, less costly and less disruptive to your girl’s school years than the longer-term therapeutic boarding schools.
Teen Challenge of Arizona’s Springboard Home for Youth in Crisis endeavors to help young ladies ages 12-17 become mentally stable, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive. Our program is condensed to ensure change in your teenager in a shorter period of time.
Springboard Home seeks to accomplish its mission through excellent care, compassionate counseling and Christian curriculum administered by competent and caring staff and supported through the generosity of a concerned community.
Counseling that effectively addresses both the teen’s issue and any family issues
Springboard is a residential center for girls of the nationally-recognized Teen Challenge program that approaches life-controlling issues in a compassionate manner. We have been in existence since 1976, with a holistic approach to the entire family. Although teen girls are the residents at Springboard, parents are helped as well. Parental counseling, workshops and family ministry are what makes the Springboard program and our graduates successful!
Compassionate care with the highest standards of excellence and accountability
Many of our students come to us having gone through one or more program before. With very rare exception, Springboard is the last program any of them will go through. The Teen Challenge faith-based approach provides hope and encourages transformation instead of teaching kids to ‘cope’ and ‘manage’ their issues. Springboard is one of the most affordable options for parents seeking a program that has a long-standing reputation of operation and success.
Spiritual discipleship gives the greatest opportunity to become drug-free and live successful lives
Our program seeks to help the girls we serve become more than just drug/alcohol free or teach them to abstain from whatever behavior they came in with. Instead, we are dedicated to giving them the opportunity to choose a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. It is our belief that in doing so we are encouraging more than a short-term simple fix to their problems, but instead are equipping them for a lifetime. While their specific issues are addressed in all areas of our program, they are done so in context of Biblical teaching.
The same holds true for the parents of the students in our program. We are dedicated to teaching parents how to disciple (parent) their kids. Knowing that whatever crisis they currently find themselves in is unlikely to be the last one, parents needs to know how to help their kids navigate the tumultuous waters of adolescence and beyond.
Graduates of Springboard Home go on to live successful lives that are pleasing to the Lord.

"My dreams seemed to slip away as the pain grew inside of me, darkening my existence and filling me with mixed desires. I couldn't deal with all of the chaos so I became part of it. I arrived at Springboard and they told me that it was a Christian program. I yelled at them and told them that I would not believe their religion. Two weeks later, I gave my life to Jesus Christ and I will never regret it. God delivered my need for medication and after that, a new life in me broke free. I cannot contain how much joy and peace is in me now because of Jesus Christ. The one thing that really has changed the most in my life is the hope that the Lord brings."
